Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are handled for Latent Labs digital products, instant-access downloads, tutorials, prompts, workflows, and creator resources.

Digital product access
Latent Labs products are delivered digitally and may include downloadable files, private resources, tutorials, workflows, prompt libraries, or update access. Because access can be provided immediately, all purchases are generally final unless this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
When we will review a refund
- You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake.
- You paid but did not receive access and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
- A file or resource that is essential to the product is unavailable or materially broken and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
When refunds are usually not available
- You changed your mind after receiving access to the product.
- You did not have the third-party tools, cloud GPU account, software, hardware, or internet connection needed for your chosen workflow.
- You expected a particular business, follower, income, or creative result that was not expressly guaranteed.
- You used or downloaded a substantial part of the product and later decided it was not for you.
How to request a refund review
Use our contact form within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email, product name, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots, error messages, or access logs help us resolve requests faster.
Support before refund
For technical issues, we may first try to restore access, replace a missing file, clarify setup steps, or provide troubleshooting help. If the product still cannot be delivered as described, we will review the refund request in good faith.
Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card network, payment provider, or crypto settlement delays are outside our control. Once a refund is approved, we may revoke product access and update eligibility for future offers.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate access or billing issues. Chargebacks may require us to suspend account access while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
