Agreement to these terms

By accessing the site, buying a product, downloading resources, or using Latent Labs support, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy or use Latent Labs products. You are responsible for making sure your use complies with laws that apply to you.

Products and access

Latent Labs sells digital products and educational resources. Product descriptions, included files, support availability, pricing, and bonuses may change over time. If lifetime updates are offered for a product, that means updates we choose to publish for that product while it remains supported, not a guarantee that every future product or service will be included.

Accounts and checkout

You agree to provide accurate checkout and account information and to keep access credentials secure. Payment processors, authentication providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Permitted use

• You may use purchased materials for your own learning, internal workflow, and creator projects.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, leak, upload, scrape, or redistribute private product materials unless we expressly permit it in writing.
• You may not use the site or products to violate law, infringe rights, bypass platform rules, harass others, create non-consensual intimate content, impersonate real people deceptively, or generate content involving minors or exploitation.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs, licenses, consent, releases, disclosure requirements, platform policies, and commercial-use rules for any third-party model, tool, dataset, marketplace, or social platform you use.

Intellectual property

The site, product materials, text, workflows, prompts, videos, images, design, branding, and other content are owned by Latent Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials as described in these terms.

No guaranteed results

AI tools, social platforms, audience behavior, model availability, third-party pricing, and account outcomes change frequently. Latent Labs does not guarantee income, follower growth, business results, generation quality, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability of third-party tools.

Support

We aim to provide helpful support, but support channels, response times, and scope may vary. Support does not include custom consulting, guaranteed setup completion, management of your accounts, or troubleshooting for unrelated third-party systems unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital and often delivered immediately, purchases are generally final except where the policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latent Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, change products, remove abusive users, suspend access, or discontinue parts of the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
